Stuck XBOX disc

Hey,

My xbox has a disc stuck in it. Its not on the tray anymore its actually stuck internally. In fact, the tray is now in the open position with no disc on it. I can see the disc though, and I can shake it around. Right, now I've attempted to pull the bloody thing apart via removing the 2 long screws but I'm stumped trying to remove the casing from there. Any ideas? The disc inside belongs to a friend so I'm not going to risk screwing his stuff up.

i had this once with my cd player, i closed the tray and turned it upside down and wiggled it a bit, that helped as it came out then.

there are six screws in all on the under side of the xbox two of which are under the stickers if that helps.
