    Problems with goblindirect.co.uk?

    Hi,

    Not sure if anyone can shed any light, but I ordered a step-down transformer from goblindirect.co.uk on the 17th March but everytime I check my 'order-tracking' page it says 'In Progress' for that order. So I thought bugger it and cancelled the order by sending an 'Order Cancellation' email to goblindirects sales department.

    So it's been 16 days now, and the order still says 'In Progress', and I haven't receieved any feedback from their sales department. I sent another email asking the order status about a week ago, but again haven't recieved any feedback.

    Can anyone help me out here?

    I don't know if anyone will be able to help Simon, but by the looks of things there's something of a queue building up for people that want to kick some goblin ass

      I too am still waiting on orders for Ninja Gaiden and SC2, I havent heard a thing from them for weeks despite emails direct to Carl. If Lee is reading this can you please let us know whats going on.

        Marcus maybe you should UN make them an affilate for now?

          The only time I have ever had an email replied to was when I cancelled an order, it was not to acknowledge the cancelation though, just to tell me it was in stock and was being sent out that day, didnt see it for another week.
