    DivX on Xbox

My Xbox can play DivX encode stuff, but i've never used it.
I've a few things now that are divX that i've downloaded that i'd like to watch on it.
I can't hook up my Xbox to my PC at the mo, so 'd like to burn the file to dvd-r.
So do I just stick the file onto the dvd-r, or do I need to include any folders etc, and can I include several different DivX files on one dvdr?

You can put as many files on the dvd-r that you can fit, for the Xbox to recognise it though you have to burn it in a certain way. What burning program do you use?

if you're going to put only divx stuff (or any other media), you can burn it how you want. XBox Media Player allows you to read cd's/dvd's that are burned using the ISO file system (XBox generally only allows its own filesystem or UDF which is why you can watch DVD's on it). There's an option to cache ISO 9660 files to the hdd before watching. This will copy the entire clip to the hdd before you get to see it so this could take a while. if you turn off the option it'll come on straight away.

Best to burn as UDF in Nero that way you'll get the best compatibility and Media Player wont cache anything
