Retro Purchasing in Tokyo & Hong Kong

A bit of advice needed here:

I'm on my way home from travelling, and will be stopping in Tokyo & Hng Kong.

Now I know Akihabra is the best place in Tokyo, but I have no idea for Hong Kong.

Also, I need to know *which* stalls are good in Akihabra, wheteher they take credit cards, whether they'll EMS stuff back for me etc.

Someone must be in the know!

Same questions apply for Hong Kong.

Any help appreciated.
