Must have Jpn exclusive DC titles?

Hi,

was just wondering if anyone had any good suggestions for must have Jpn exclusive dreamcast releases, I'll definately be getting all the shu-mups so no need to list them (Or the beat em ups), I was jus wonderin about other titles chances are I havn't heard of before but are perfectly playable to non japanese speakers.

I already have Golf Shiyouyo 2, Net Golf, Samba ver 2000 and a few others and have jus ordered Boarder Down and am torn between Cool Cool Toon and Jet Coaster Dream 2 to go with it. And I already know Space Channel 5 part 2 is a must.

definitely cool cool toon (and a NGPC-DC link cable).

Puyo Puyo Fever- the last Sega developed game on a Sega console.

Hundred Swords is pretty cool, as is Sports Jam. Virtua Cop 2 is excellent (if you haven't got the Saturn version)

Rent-A-Hero No.1 - funny game, alot of languagem, and touch to get working right on a PAL system, but if you can, its a nice little forgotten gem.

Tokyo Bus Guide - fantastic game, great fun, relaxing, laid back, very nice game.

Trampalien Gunmen - Not strictly Japanese, but quite good, more info at www.storm-studios.net/GPF/tramp.htm

BomberHeheh - some dont like, others say its not a must have, if you can find it cheaply, it should bring some enjoyment. its basically like a cross between knocking dominoes over and a freestyle fireworks display.


Hmm, cant think of too many, ask KinsukeJPN, you can find him by checking the Importers guide to Japnese. PM him, he has one of the biggest Japanese Saturn and DC collections I know of, and if anyone can recomend you good JPN games, he can.

Virtual-On! seems pretty cool.. Also since people are chatting about it what is the best version of king of fighters on the dc... i've seen reviews and 98/99 seem to get the better reviews.... is that true?

If you like puzzle games I'd have to tell you to get Sega Tetris and Puyo Puyo 4.

2001/2002 are terrible.

From all the AES KoF games, 98 is my favourite. 99 is good, but it's got a slightly butchered moves list, but some fantastic backgrounds.

I haven't played '98 on the Dreamcast though, but 99 Evolution is good

I can't believe that no one has mentioned one of my fave games of all time. Giant Gram 2000. The best wrestling game ever, and for me the best game ever period.
