Splinter Cell 2 annoying me, Help

Hi,

Due to being very impatient and (also not very good) I am getting fairly cheesed off with splinter cell 2, if anyone knows how do the bit on the train where you have to listen to the conversation with a laser mike without the guard seeing you please let me know. I don't seem to be able to open the door without him seeing me and its getting on my wick.

Hope that this doesn't happen to often the first one was full of twitchy things like this that can leave the incompetent gamer stuffed.

I had no problem with this bit. Just stay crouched. You don't have to open the door until the timer is near zero.

You could try shooting the lights out in the room you come from which will stop the light shining from behind you.

If you stand in the little door bit you get caught because of the red light which you cant shoot out. If you look just past the glass door you'll notice its all dark and no one can see you there, so sneak through the door into the dark with as much speed as it'll allow you

I went into the bit on the right and just crouched in there with the laser mic. easy peasy.

As soon as you go into the room with Soth making the call, go to the left and stay crouched in the corner. That's the method i used quite a lot and works 100%

The lure of alcohol made me hide behind the bar, to the right.

Oh, and if you're stuck for time you can follow Soth up the train before you're told to.

you could be right, but its great when I can keep my temper with it..

sounds like I really am bad at it, I'll give it a go sneaking into the room and into the dark a bit more, maybe I'm just doing it to quick and making a noise but every time I try the bloke sees me.

maybe my copys broke..
