i know there was some mem card for ps2 which turned ur jap stats into english.any such meme card for jap gc version of winning 11.wanna play the master league but its all jap.i love the game but i really cant get in to the master leaugeu properly and apart from trial and error need a fix.any help.thanks

As in USB card adapter. Download a save onto the media card with your PC, put it in the SD adapter and use it just like a proper memory card in the Cube. I think...

Nah, it's this thing. You plug it into your PC, load the gamesave on to it, and then put it into your GC like a normal memory card.

Just so Im right before I buy one, the link you posted, THAT IS THE ONLY thing thing I need

IT just has a usb slot to connect to the pc, i upload the winning11 data to the mem card, then it will play on my jap cube with edited players?

Well, I haven't tried it cos I dont have WE. You could send me your memory card and I could pop it on there for you to try? But yeah in theory, that's all you need. Join up on that yahoo group.
