Is it true that the street fighter 2 annivasary collection which was released on the ps2 recently is also available on the dc but the dc version is much better?any ideas where i can it from.thanks

ive seen em in play asia. whats the difference?theres a ssf2x (matchhing service)
and a hyper ssft2 annivesary edition.whats the difference apart from the online aspect.the packaging is different also.thanks for helping

They are very different games

Super Turbo on the DC is a conversion of the arcade version of Super Streetfighter 2 Turbo.

The Anniversary Edition is a new game entirely using the sprites from all versions of Streetfighter from World Warrior to Super Turbo, in this new version you can use any version of each character you like (World Warrior Guile vs Super Turbo Cammy for example)

As you can select any version of any character Capcom have had to mess about with them a little to balance them out. You'll not be able to have a fully powered World Warrior Guile for example, Capcom have changed his Sonic Boom speeds and Flashkick height.

It recently got a popular arcade release in Japan too.

In Hyper SSF2 you can choose all versions, like, World Warrior Guile. And left in the bits that broke the games. Like Guile being able to stun in 4 hits.

SSF2X is a different game, basically Super SF2 but with...network play :P
