Nintendo Puzzle Collection. GC>GBA Link Up Questions.

I haven't got this game yet but I have a few questions about the Gamecube to GBA link up featured in the game.

1. Can you play away from the Cube? I mean after the game has been transfered to your Gameboy can the link cable be unplugged or does it have to remain connected to the Cube for the GBA version to work?

2. Is it possible to transfer best scores between the Cube version and the linked Gameboy one?

3. Is there a sleep mode once the game has been transfered to allow me to continue play later without having to reconnect to the Gamecube?

Just recently got this myself so i know a few of the answers.

Q1. Can you play away from the Cube? I mean after the game has been transfered to your Gameboy can the link cable be unplugged or does it have to remain connected to the Cube for the GBA version to work?

A1. Yes once the game is downloaded into the gba you can unplug and take it anywhere. The only snag is there is no cart in the gba so the game will only stay on there as long as you have battery power.


Q2. Is it possible to transfer best scores between the Cube version and the linked Gameboy one?

A2. Not too sure, i havent checked if you can upload yyour scores back.


Q3. Is there a sleep mode once the game has been transfered to allow me to continue play later without having to reconnect to the Gamecube

A3. Yes all 3 of the downloadable gba games have a sleep mode so you can save battery power while out & about.
