Hi. I want to buy a PS2 or Xbox steering wheel and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations. Also is there a device that allows ps2 steering wheels to work on xbox and vice versa, such as the magic box for controllers?

Erm, there might be such a device for controllers but there definitely isn't for wheels.
PS2 - Driving Force Pro is the only choice! (or Wingman Formula Force for the cheap FF option)
X-box - none good enough to bother with. -

Yes but in all other games it reverts to 200 degrees. It's just a really high quality wheel.Comment
