      Singh,

It's because your TV cannot take NTSC. If you've selected 60Hz LOTR on your PS2 it's probably outputting NTSC. Try 50Hz for composite or 60Hz with RGB (switch set to 'Game' on your Blaze lead).

        Whoah hold on there nelly!

By your mentioning of green it sounds like your PS2 is set to Component out.

Boot your PS2 without a game in, go to the system set-up menu navigate to the the relevant option and select RGB.

Your games should now be in full colour when your lead is set to GAME.

Also Jassi, you're more likely to get a more definitive answer more quickly if you type sensibly and state exactly what the problem is.

cheers anyway...ps2 is now knackered...so i think i sould sort that out first.

also in the settings it was set to RGB...so there was

Green screen when switch set to GAME

BLACK AND WHITE when switch set to DVD

i might just have to dig out the old RF cable from my draw of tangly wires and joypads. ft:

Are you getting that from a DVD or a PS2 game?

If it's still green whilst set to RGB it would indicate that maybe the cable is bust or not seated firmly enough,
