DVD Boxoffice question... (Have they screwed me over again)

Has anyone here ordered Metal Gear Solid for the Gamecube from DVD Boxoffice and not got it from them yet?

My gf pre-orderd the game 3 weeks in advance for my birthday and still hasn't received the game as yet!

Needless to say the cheap option is never any good.
I know I told my gf that I didn't mind waiting but waiting 7 weeks or so is really not on...

I got my copy from them ok, it arrived around a week after release. Mind you, I placed the preorder ages ago (like 8 months ago).

They included a note asking me to let them know when it had arrived

Have you checked when they have shipped it?

If it is more than two weeks ago than I fear it may have been lost.

You will need to contact them after 8 weeks from shipping and then they will go through the process of sending you a new one.

Tough luck my friend It happened to me with Skies Of Arcadia and it eventually took 3 months for my copy to eventually arrive.

Hope it turns up soon
