I Can't Download anymore

I think i've got a virus on my PC. I can't downlad anymore, either by right click or clicking on links. I get a message that "c:docs/temp/filename is unreadable. Then I get a message that netscape is corrupt, and it shuts down. It only started yesterday, and it's also wiped all the message bodies from my emails on outlook. I've tried AVG and Antivir, they can't find anything, and I can't use any online scans cos of the problem above. Please can anyone help me?

I'm having to use Netscape, cos it has totally f**ked up IE!!!!! And i can't use Firefox cos I can't download anything ft:

Sounds like a nasty malicius script/virus/worm, had something similar before like this, used Opera, virus came through that! Virus scanners didnt do nowt, - i couldnt even run progs or backup me stuff so if you can backup ya files i suggest you do that then reformat and start a fresh... - Good luck!

Or if you can try doing a system restore if all fails, reformat.
