Im using windows 98SE and I used to be able to right click on certain stuff to 'save target as' on the net such as sound or movie clips. Now this option is pernamently 'greyed out' or unselectable whenever wherever i use it.

anyone know how to get it back?

Disable the Content Advisor in IE options/content.

Disable Content Advisor by following these steps in Internet Explorer:
In Internet Explorer 4, on the View menu, click Internet Options.

In Internet Explorer 5, Interntet Explorer 5.5 and Internet Explorer 6, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
    Click the Content tab.
    Under Content Advisor, click Disable.
In the Password box, type the supervisor password, and then click OK.
When you receive the following prompt, click OK:

Also try setting securty zones in IE back to defaults.
