Seeing as they didn't bother responding to the question I emailed them I figured its easier to ask here than ask them directly.

Do they email a confirmation of dispatch for orders or does it just turn up?

I've bought a few things off them before, including a US cube, and some games, every time I've ordered, I've never had a confirmation email of delivery, nor has my order status changed on their site, I think the order for my cube is still showing as processing, and I've had it for 6 months. They also don't answer emails. But on the flip side, they ship very quickly, so don't worry.
If you need to speak to them, then just phone them like charlesr said.
