    Universal Cube RGB lead

Just a quick technical question. I've read the guide on how to build a NTSC cube RGB lead. Does anybody know if it's possible to connect up the RGB signal from the analog lead aswell - so the lead will be compatible with both NTSC and PAL cubes?

    Anybody tried this?

Erm... maybe the guides you read are missing this info, but you can use the NTSC RGB cable perfectly fine on a PAL Cube too... there's no need to as you can buy a cheaper official cable to do the same job, but it's good if you want to take your NTSC Cube to use on other TVs.

I was reading the guide http://www.rgbcube.co.uk and just wanted to confirm that it's okay to leave the RGB wires from the analog cable connected aswell as the RGB wires from the digital lead.

Why... because I want to be able to use the one cable for both my PAL and NTSC cube.

      Cheers

You can still use the same lead - the hacked lead will still output the same RGB picture when used on a PAL GC. I'm using the same lead on both my cubes.
