GC/GBA Action Replay Question

Long shot this one;

It dawned on me yesterday (while sitting in traffic) would there be a way to use a GC Action Replay on GBA games via (sort of) the GBA Player ?

See what I'm getting at ?

What is it you want to do? Do you want to use cheats on your GBA cart through the AR, or do you want it becuase of freeloader. I'm don't think that you can use AR as a cheat device through the GBPlayer, I've certainly heard nothing along these lines, although I haven't looked throughly into it... And, I'm sure you already know that GBA games are multi-region anyway, so you don't need freeloader for it!

tbh I don't want to use it to cheat just curious if it was possible to do it.
