Rock Man 2 Translation Help

I purchased Mega Man 2 off the US PS Store yesterday, it is the Japanese version so 'Rock Man 2'.
Anyway can anyone translate these main menu options, I can probably get by, by guess work but it would be nice to know exactly what they say, thanks

Don't have a Pocketstation to try but wonder if it's possible to use one with the PS memory card reader and transfer the save over to it from the virtual memory card.

I think theres a way to save in-game as well but I've not dabbled with the game much yet only to see how it looked and ran.
