Are these headsets that keep breaking all official ones? I've always thought the official ones were remarkably sturdy (certainly more sturdy than the headsets we get at work).

Get one tangled up with the controller cable a little. Now try to pull it towards you by its own cable.

Do it. Their customer service people are really accommodating - I'd imagine you'll get something out of them, even if it's not another headset.

typical. after trying to sort out a new isp and bulldog proclaiming '4-6 weeks' for getting a line in i cancel and switch to the usual suspects (ntl) as they can do it much sooner (tomorrow). so after cancelling and being content with waiting 14 days to get a hook up i get a call this morning

Go to GAME - they sell a headset for ?6 - I've had one for well over a year now you can stand on it and everything - very sturdy much better than the official ****e - You don't get the bit that plugs into the controller that's why it's so cheap but you've already got one of those 8)

If you complain you'll get a free one - my mate did that.

It's shocking how poorly designed the official ones are - anybody who can keep one intact isn't using it properly. 8)

My official headset got busted up by itself.

Now I use the hands-free earpiece and mic that came with my Motorola - much more comfortable and discreet, just incase you don't want to look like someone on telesales.

Changing the name of this thread, as it seems to be doing alright as a general place for xbox liveliness.

This should be my last week as Mr Pump, thats before I cancel and try for a newun. Just wondering if anyone has any amusing ideas about how how to get band. Might as well go out in style.

Oh Yeah and any ideas for a new tag would be appreciated and buy GR2:SS got to be worth ?15.
