Burnout 3 update

Just tried to have a quick go on BO3, was told an update was needed before I could play online. Updated, then was told they were having Network problems!
I could log into XBL ok. Think I'll go back to Halo 2!!

The update was to make your gamertag appear as "Racist Limey" on everybody else's screen, to prevent EA having to send you any more emails.

It's an xbox live update needed for any live game.

It hasn't updated my Xbox at all -- it's just Burnout 3, afaik. Halo 2 got an update yesterday, or so the missus tells me but the Xbox I've been using hasn't had any. I've just been playing RBR.

Halo 2's update was to fix the slow match-making bug and the chopped off HUD, which some people were experiencing.

Oops. my bad. It didn't mention halo on the popup. Just said there was an update to xbox live. Unless I wasnt paying attention, which is likely.
