Xbox version of Guilty Gear X2...

I'm thinking about getting this thing, simply because I love the original so much. Does anyone have any experience with the online play? If it's really shoddy, I can't see there being much point in me buying it because I own the PS2 version... unless there are any hidden extras with the Xbox one.

If the online play is as smooth as Street Fighter Anniversary, it'll be fine. Although it's a much quicker game, so it'll suffer with even a tiny bit of lag, whilst SFA doesn't do too badly.

I'll have a think about getting Streetfighter instead then. I prefer the Guilty Gear series, but I essentially own the game anyway, sans multiplayer, so perhaps it's time to diversify.

        as tom said.
with a good connection, its fine. but even a little lag screws it up totally.
although having said that, i havent tried it recently...i only played against americans. now its out in europe you might have more luck

(its not as good as 3rd strike anway :P)

There is nobody online on this game, it's worst than SF:AC for that.
          Have somebody got the game?
I wanna play against some human opponents.

Ive got it, but i find the lag umplayable at times.

Cant sem to get into it, its not the same as playing in in that big arcade in Akiba (not the SEGA one)

same here. the first time i played it, i lost my first match to the rediculous lag, but then this wise ass of a guy thought he would copy me and pick slayer aswell. he was crying himself to sleep after i beat him twice in a row once i got used to it.

The Stupid Thing in the game:
Create a match on Xbox Live
                    Find an opponent
Then your opponent will have to play with the button configuration that you have set on player 2 on offline and the game will not take his configuration.
                    Very stupid.
And the friends list doesn't work well, the cursor goes up every time the friends list is updated, every 2 or 3 seconds.

I hope not everyone have got these bugs.

And in SF: Third Strike, you must press start with the second controller to play versus , and press start in the training mode to select Human. What the hell is this? In was well on the Dreamcast version.
And another bug, plug 2 controllers, play on Xbox Live, remove the second controller while playing, and you can't play at all with the first controller.

Yeah, I was pointed out to a huge spelling error on 3s (Wins and Losts, ever see it?) and no-one plays GGXX outside peak hours.
But i'm trying to change it wil a small community site, so do join won't you? I think I know a few of you from Hadoken anyways but the URL is www.grandviper.com

Oh, and i've got the crappy friends list, though, I find that if you try and scroll through your whole list, and then try and do things, it works better.

And in 3S, it is "Authenticating" instead of "Authentificating", isn't it?
