Its due out in the UK in Feb.

But alot of US mmorpg games dont mind importers, as with FFXI I have been on since US release.

Shiny packaging on the outside, but lacks a critical amount of depth. I might reactivate when CoV comes out, but there's too much on my MMORPG table as is.
