    PS2 Online PAL - European

    Does anybody know the official launch date for the PS2 to go online in the UK?

    I have a PAL PS2 (un-modded). Can I buy and use the US Network Adaptor and use this on my PS2? Frankly I am not too bothered about any demo disc, I just want to play Midnight Club 2 & THPS4 online.

    I know the official European launch of the PS2 online been moved several times but frankly I am fed up waiting. ft:

    yes that would work but you'd need to set up the network adapter through one of those games as the setup disc would be ntsc format

      I have bought the US Adaptor and I am now playing MC 2 & THPS4 online on my PAL PS2....

      Dead easy to configure even without the setup disc which is in NTSC format.
