Who's ****ing idea was it to make chainsaw guy more than half his usual size and to give him a double bladed chainsaw and give him the ability to leap from ground level to platform in a quarter of the speed it takes you to climb a ladder to said position?

Anyways, i'm going for those scores tomorrow...

An impressive set of scores there Mr taurus. I havent spent a lot time on this yet (well, trying to get high scores at least. I find it quite fun just running around killing people and not being too fussed if i died or not... heh)

I've only tried to get a high score, without dying, on one level so far...

Aww, bless you for adding Adam. Great score too. I found using Krauser was a bit experimental, once your used to him though the guy kicks ass! Serious, the special move he has kills any chainsaw/fatty w/chaingun. I managed to beat 2 of my highscores yesterday with the fella (Not your score though!)

Also, while using Krauser, the Village seems to have villagers that require more damage being dealt to them, while in comparison the guys on the Castle can be one shot affairs.

Village - 151630 / Hunk max kill 53 wooohooo!
wtf just happened? I had 45 secs left, one bonus timer left...n no villagers appeared! I had to sit there n wait till the chopper came n picked me up... still had 3 grenades left.

Castle - 87140 / Wesker

Sunset - 90380 / Leon

Water world - 92760 / Leon

I really would appreciate tips on castle stage..blind guy is such an asshole..keeps breaking my chain..

Agreed Mr taurus sir. Krauser?s special move is bone-shatteringly immense. Like you say, its easy to take out those menacing chainsaw dudes with a single strike. He?s the best character to rank up some impressive hit points too, imo. I got 30+ hits without even trying too hard?

I don?t like using him for achieving high point though. I find his limitations a little too repetitive. At least with the other characters you can try to kill the foes with different methods and experiment a little? that is why I prefer Wesker out of the bunch?

Hopefully I?ll be able to spend more time on this later in the week

edit: About Krauser...

Despite not using him to achieve high scores... I still think it is an utter blast using him (when not really caring if i die or not). I love taking those buggers out, one after the other with perfectly aimed shots - their bodies twirl, swirl, flip and crash to the ground. Satisfying stuff. ^_^

that is the only one tiny tiny gripe I have with the game, would love to be able to change the crosshair like you can in Quake 3 etc.

For some reason... with all first person shooters i never used the crosshair as my means to aim, but rather the top of the gun. I kinda feel RE4's aim acts similar and... well... again i just used the top of the gun to aim.
