175 Mario

I manage 175 black yoshi on the score attack, however, I have soo pleased with that score that I didn't want to ruin it with a crap Yoshi score, so I never actually got one I liked... i.e. I kept dieing trying to string together uber combos.

:lol It happens quite a lot to me as well. I got a 181 on baby mario but the blasted DS ran out of juice on my Yoshi run, was going well too.

You get a special orange Yoshi after passing 10,000m on endless. Unfortunately I didn't last too long after that, stupid, stupid mistake cost me dearly.

Thanks guys, I'm really loving this game. I'm still putting in about 2 hours a day.

The Yoshi was still black Bowser, I thought getting over 180 would open up the orange Yoshi but again nada. I definitely think scoring over 190 is possible and even over 200, the more coins you link together the greater the reward. My highest chain is 27 coins, think I got a +10 bonus for that.

Emsef, I assume you mean the challenge mode. Haven't played much but I'm up to 4111m. The only adive I can give is not to waste one egg on a single spikey, wait until the spikes recoil and then fire away for better combos resulting in more time. If you don't have enough time to wait, then simply draw a line in front of Yoshi, this should buy you enough time for the spikes to change.

One very interesting thing though is that the Baby Mario stage for Endless has gotten a lot harder after getting over 10,000m. The layout is signifiganlty different than before and I'm struggling to get 140.

got 161 on the mario part of score attack, but couldn't improve my overall score as it makes the yoshi bit harder, so much so i couldn't even finnish it

Nice going rjpageuk, those 7 extra eggs can make a huge difference.
I'm still really enjoying this, don't play it as often as I used but every few days I break it out for an hour or two.
