Had a few games with Boris earlier, he took me down a few too many times for my liking, I shall have my revenge!

Anybody else think this would be better if they used proximity chat? I know you would lose out on the whole general race conversation, but I think it would be cool to hear someone's voice getting louder as they came up behind you for the takedown. Or passing a wreck on the road and hearing:

"goddamnit you son of a motherless goat i'll-"

            etc etc.

                        Good grief.

Just played Burnout: Revenge for the first time on Live tonight. I was completely owned! I felt like such a n00b, which I was, really.

But it's so NICE playing a game that has clearly been designed with fun first, competition second. It seems to be an extremely rare occurance these days, especially when Live is concerned.

you have to play the single player to unlock the cars, then multiplayer to gain the levels to use the cars online, once you have some faster cars its easier.

I thought that, but when I was playing everyone had the same car.

I think this may be one of those moments where I should be bothered to read the instruction manual. Maybe.

                            ...

                            ...

                            Nah!

Have you started to suffer the infamous burnout cramp?

                              too much holding A + R

YES! I'm glad you mentioned that! I thought I was just a scrawny weakling. Reminds me of the "good ol' days" when you couldn't move your thumb after Street Fighter II sessions.
