I posted these issues to EA support and they gave me a response that ignored them utterly and just said "Your account has been suspended for 72 hours for using the word 'niger'" I was gobsmacked, thinking "I know that already! Do something about it!" I replied asking for an actual response - no reply several days later.

I think you're misunderstanding? I've been banned this time for going onlive with a modded Xbox, well, 2 actually. Apparently if you go on with the same gamertag, after using a modded machine, they watch you all that little bit closer.........
