Where's the party thing ? I had a scan of the PS2 manual before and it looked like you could setup lobbies with 6-8 players in and then kick off cups/leagues with them - I'm not seeing that option here just the standard quickmatch/optimatch setup.

Def mind games cuffed me 3-1 although I think that score line flattered the game. I had 2 goals chopped off for offside... both debatable


Great game though and def up for some more tomorrow night. That AC Milan set-up you had was sweet, very hard to break down and left me exposed after my spell of pressure at 1-0 failed.

I have the magic box and used it for Pro Evo 4 but I traded 4 in for the PS2 version last year cause the live play was poor and I just couldn't break from my love of the PS2 version.

NOW, with Pro Evo 5 I have taken the time to get use to the XBox pad and am the better for it. Live play has been superb so far with not a single problem in any game I have played. The improvement over 4 for the live portion is amazing.

My magic box only gets used by my brother now when we do 2 player games as he cant be bothered getting use to the XBox pad. Plus it swaps L1 with R1 and L2 with R2, which is really annoying!!

Will be on for more games tonight if anyone about. Couple of great games with Bleeders again last night, the difference was me taking my chances and that seems to be the difference in most games. Scary how much like a real game of football it becomes when 2 good players match up. I watched a bit of the Juventus V Sampdoria game late last night and it was like watching a game I had just played on live ****en magic!!

Absolutely, some of the chances I spurned were beyond criminal last-night and I was duely punished for it by a slicker Mardigan-controlled Barcelona side, who boasts, one of the SICKEST Ronaldinho's I've come up against.

It had better be backward compatible and I expect it will. You gonna have a good 4 weeks waiting on the 360 while other boys climbing up the rankings on live so will have your work cut out to get up there if leave it till then

Not sure about oicking one up though this close to 360 launch, but if you gonna do it then Pro Evo 5 is the perfect way to justify it. Its an absolute dream on live and the ranking points system with the progression through various onlive divisions is pretty cool. Am close to the top 1000 in the rankings which is pretty good. Looking to climb right up to the top 500 this weekend and cant wait to get back in there tonight!!

And a little word of warning... Stroppa AKA grae1981 can PLAY!! Sorry only managed one game with ya mate, but def up for some more games tonight and over weekend, good match we had, like your use of the AC Milan

Had WE9 for months so should be ok on it-on the old Pro Evo I only lost 3 games out 134...

Might get a cheapo Xbox original and muck about with that until next year...
