Yeah, I read this article a few hours ago.

As the article said, not much else they could really gain from the information, seeing as gamers have to sign over their credit card details anyway.

I think people have become so pissed off with irritating hackers/cheaters, a little invasion of privacy is an extremely worthwhile exchange to make them go away.

Wrong, but true.
