GRRRRR. Now see i am annoyed. This is twice now i have been left neg feedback while playing Ridge and have not done anything wrong! I mean sure i have bumped into them accidently but thats the way is. I did by no means stuff them up, or do half as bad as some ppl do such as block racing lines. Its just while i drift i might hit them. Grrrr so annoying!

yep. they are assholes. i mean i did nothing wrong at all. people hit me all the time and i see people hitting other people. ridge is a lot like dodgem cars. it happens all the time. I think they were jealous that i won. as they sucked and i flogged em also. Its a great system but greatly flawed.

Forget about achievements, rep (LOL), and gaymerscore - concentrate on enjoying your game - if you want 5 pretty gold stars you can go back to primary school or become a manager of your local McDonalds.

But seriously you are right. It doesn't work and is all a load of crap because of it. However, if people actually utilised it correctly it would be great. It sorts the cheats from the fair players out. I would like to be with the fair players as i like to play fair. That is enjoying my game. When someone leaves neg feedback, your rep drops, and you play with scum. Hence, i get annoyed.

Ok i need help. When trying to get into Ridge online it just boots me back to the title screen. Is this happening to everyone?

Does anyone else have serious issues with this game online? I've not played it a lot, but I've had quite a few games where I've came first by say 4 or 7 seconds, quite a way, only to get the post-game stats and see my Ranking has gone down as I actually came second or third.

I'm assuming it's something lag orientated [even though I get no lag whatsover] rather than anything nefarious.

Has happened a couple of times for me, one time to my benefit. Yes, I believe it has something to do with lag ... not sure how though.

Because you're not playing the game you think you are - it only looks smooth as f00k - I think it actually gets right out of synch with the "predict where people are coz I haven't received a packet" and doesn't rectify itself till the race is over !

I've had similar experiences on the PSP, with my mates and I arguing as we both "Finished 1st". It's a real pain.
