Connecting to XBL(360) Via Yahoo BB

O.K - I'm a complete noob to online. I'm in Japan, have U.S 360 (premium)
and am currently sat here wondering what the **** I have to do to get it up and running. I have followed the instructions - it detects the connection but fails when it checks the IP. I've checked the yahoo site and they say something about not using the PPPOE(?) when using XBL through BB.

Has anyone connected their 360 using this service? -any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Is the modem directly connected to your 360 mate?

Yes it is. I've actually sorted it out now -thanks anyway. Does anyone know if you can change languages, despite your locale. Mine only gave me the option of Japanese. While I can read an ok amount, I'd rather have it in English.
