Xbox Live PARP

Hi,

Just recently got into playing xbox live with a mic, previous to this i just used to play on live as appose to talk.

When playing GRAW and you are talking in games or the lobby and you get that annoying yet sometimes funny PARP sound.

Anyone know what that is, is it just lag, i know that when you are playing GRAW you are connected to someone and if there connection isnt up to it you get times where you lose audio for a few seconds or whatever, or it stutters but what is the PARP all about

I don't get a parp noise. I don't tend to get any issues with voice comms except for the echo which occurs when someone has their mic on too loud.

None at all, and I've played GRAW loads.

OK,

Just had it confirmed that it is when you mute the microphone on Live.

If you want to hear what it sounds like ask someone your playing with to mute there mic and you will hear the PARP first hand.
