Any skill level in career mode will give you gold stars when you 100% a track. You don`t get anything good for doing it, just looks a bit prettier.

Good effort, son! That`s what I`m trying to aspire to at the moment but finding it hard. I got like 96% notes on Hanger 18 but still got 4*, wtf!?

Managed to get the 300k achievement on Freebird yesterday (330,000M) which I was quite happy about because my previous best was 250,000, that was an achievement I thought I was never going to get because I`m really struggling on hard.

Yep, just finished 5-starring medium after a long weekend of abstinence. Hangar 18 and Psychobilly took a couple of tries - the former is quite strict, the latter just mental. Freebird I did on Friday after 4 pints of magners.

Now on to improve some of my 3-star hards.
Haven't even looked at expert yet so hopefully there are plenty more career points to grab.

Try and try, but I cannot get close to your Killing in the Name Of score, I'm about 70k short!
I can do the whole song quite well, but the G GGG G GGG G GGG section is so tough to maintain the multiplier.

I checked out how the scoring works from Wiki;
Each song has a 'base' score - the base is worked out by the score you'd get if you hit 100&#37; of notes discounting any multipliers. To get 4 Star it's Base x 2 and to get 5 star its Base x 3 (or 2.8).

I'm working through Expert and Medium at the moment. Still way behind on the career score!

I hate this game, I need to work on Hammer on's and pull off's.....

To top it off I bet my brother he couldn't beat my 265K Freebird Score, he only went and got 330K on it !! Ffs didn't even know that was possible on Freebird and dont get me started on "killing in the name of" on hard I can finish it but yoshi must have been on Drugs to get that score...

first game to cause image retention on my plasma almost **** myself when the image on bottom left and right were still there on a black screen.......... think the 6 hour session yesterday over did it.... game is to addictive.
