Got the car and can't get past 59s >_< Will keep going at it for now.


Did you set the car to default before setting that time hasan? There was a load of extra downforce on the car when I got it.

Also, the car in the picture at the start has a rear spoiler, the one I got doesn't. Should there be one?

Yeah, settings weren't changed. For the best time I recorded I had ABS on Traction off and Stability on.

I'm pretty sure I didn't change any of the stuff on the car. Only wheel colour and window tint.

You had the same PI as the car without the rear wing, so it wasn't you.

PI was 878 for me too although I really cant remember if the wing was on it or not!? I certainly didnt change anything anyway.

I'll continue on without the wing anyway, but this car desperately needs a rear wing >_<

Yep, don't add any more upgrades to the cars and set all the tuning options to default.

Yep same settings. First post says you can change settings, but have to also post a time with the default settings.

Maybe John Beaulieu can remember / clarify as to whether there should be a wing on the car or not so that we can then all be on a level playing field. That, after all, is what promised to make this good fun in the first place .

the wing was taken off before i did my first lap - so no wing

Not doing too bad so far, had about 20 or so laps with it with a time of 58.949. I can see where I can shave about a second or so off the lap time so I will spend a lil more time with it before passing it on to the next person.
