Yeah, I think it'd be better if we set some clear parameters on this. Mainly because I've really really bad at realistic racers, so to have any chance I'm going to need someone to make my setup decisions for me. Thanks.

So, this is set to Pro mode (Obviously) with ASM off and the TCS slider at zero, yes? That's all that's been changed?

I want to play on a level playing field is all. Only other things I've changed are throwing accelerate/brake on R2/L2.

Yup everything off. Had a go with a wheel this evening and I was all over the place. I may try swapping the buttons about on the pad.

Is there anywhere you can see your best lap/overall time within the game itself, other than the short times at the end of your run?

I'm struggling to put together two solid laps at the moment, largely because my brain doesn't seem to be able to get around the fact that the other cars on the track aren't ghost cars.
