Setting up US PSO for 'cube

I'm going to be setting up my cube to go online with PSO later this evening. With it being a US version will I need to enter a US address at any point? Either to create a profile or to get a hunters licence? Obviously I'll being using a credit card with a UK address, will this cause any problems?

I know there'll be some way 'round it...

and another thing....

I can get online fine now, but when I go to get a Hunters Licence it gives me a message along the lines of "certificate does not exist, please check the date and time are set corrrectly"

My cube is set with UK time etc - does this need to be changed to match the clock in the US??
