stakers/billy - if you want to set something up and try to get 8 forumites on at the same time for tourney mode then brilliant, I'll do my best to be there!
Regarding numbers, we'll do some kind of prelim round if needed to get the right numbers for the tournament. I'm busy friday/sat/sun so I'd rather not start till the end of the week otherwise I won't get my match played. Bit selfish but as organiser I should try to set an example so don't want to hold things up!
I know the last one dragged on but knockouts tend to go much faster.Comment

OK guys - draw made here
There's a prelim round cause we had 1 person too many, so billy and jonni boy have to play off. In the prelim round you must switch character each round, but you CAN reuse a character later in the tournament as you're playing one more than the rest of us.
The draw is laid out, so you can go through games as fast as you like. I'll start setting time limits for any that take too long.
I'm not going to do anything official to keep track of characters used, I'll assume people are honest, but please do post who you've used in the thread when you report back results that way there's at least a chance of getting caught if you do try to cheat!

Jonni I3oy is the gamertag, forum name is kyo_244 or similar. Sorry you've gotta play an extra round but someone has to. You should think of it as a good thing though - means you get to play more games than everyone else (if you win!) and playing games is the whole point!Comment

I've sent everyone on my FL from NTSC a message on XBL. Please reply by XBL or PM and I'll see what the most likely time we can get 8 or more of us together and set something up.
It would be quite cool to see everyone in action and I think we can all learn something and have a laugh maybe. This isn't to compete with this tourney though of course it'll be more of a casual thing.Comment
