Oh I've rung them numerous times about all sorts of things. Once was because I couldn't download new content [Splinter Cell], they didn't know why.
Another was because the Xbox just wouldn't go online. I'd done everything right I swear. I think they just add some software that causes you to faff about for a day or two before you can play anything.
They didn't know.
And another was because my headset was knackered. At first they didn't know what to do, and then they sent me a new one.
