Hi mate.
I've followed all the points you wrote but, also if I can see people and I can ping them ( I see the ping bar) when choosing the LAN mode in MK my cube count down forever....till.....it stops.....
Ah, maybe this could be helpful.
I am optical fiber connected via fastweb. so I exit on the internet with the zone router IP.....

Cool -- I shall check it out later, seems like a nice app when I looked at it on the Xbox. At least it'll be better than, "you ready now? here's my IP! ARGH can't ping!"

Hey folks,

Got the beta (check the forums) and it works well, although there must've been all of ten people on and nobody with Japanese versions of Mario/Kibry to play with "What's PAL?" was mostly the response to 1080 requests

Seems "stable" though and there weren't any connection problems, with some decent pings (<50ms, mostly). So, anybody else grabbed a hold of Kai, wanna give it a shot?

STUPID QUESTION ALERT!

Would somebody list everything i need to be able to play online.

I have the follwing

Gamecube
Warp Pipe games (1080, Mario Kart)
Broadband

However the room i have my PC in does NOT have a TV and my PC is downstrairs where as my Gamecube is up. I don't mind trailing cables but will i be able to get one long enough?

If i can get myself sorted im up for a round On Mario Kart and 1080 ( when it arrives)

you also need a PC with a network card, a hub and a router (or a hub/router combined, or a PC with two network cards).

you will probably need both machines in the same room or a long ethernet cable too.
