Xbox live content download via IRC or internet?

has anybody heared of an internet or irc source where xbox live content (maps etc.) can be downloaded without charge or the need of a valid xbox live account?

i can't go online since my xbox is modded and i am pretty much looking forward to the new R6 maps!

The new RS3 maps are multiplayer anyway, so they're only any real use for Live or for Link Up play.

I don't know of any sites that have these extras, but the official XBox magazines sometimes do.
