The map quest is worth it for the ending CS alone.

Anyone interested in fighting a Sky NM called Zipacna(lvl80-85)? Quite easily to get to, drops Gem of the North and Rare/ex G.K Ushikirimaru, which i would like to get. Has Normal Golem Attacks but hit's hard, so Ninja could do it easily(if shadows are kept up), a Pld could do it with a Healer.

While we're on the subject of camping things - I think its about time I got my Moldavite earring ^_^

I forsee this goal being an unobtainable one however, I've been without it for far too long now and obviously I won't be soloing the mob....

Why not soloing the mob isn't Profblix only about level 50, should be easy with a slepp nuke and bind rotation? Would guess a couple of high tier spells would have him dead, pull should be viable with poison and I think his pop area is small.

edit: I apologise, it would appear that you are correct - the mob does indeed appear to be level 50 which I find very odd

No he?s right. The part of the zone where Profblix spawns is much lower level than you are thinking and suitable for parties in the low 40 range. Parties in the low 60s will EXP on Toramas but they are much deeper in Labyrinth of Onzozo which is far away from Profblix.

The mobs in the Profblix area stop aggroing at around the level 67 range.

Profblix himself is around lvl50 I believe and should be easy for you if you have built up the necessary soloing skills (sleep and nuke like Tsing says).

I?ve certainly seen it done by lower level than BLM than you are.

Necessary soloing skills? I have problems fighting off TWTBW mobs ><; (although the quadav outside of the Tavnazian safehold are probably inaccurately conned, like most things in the game).

That said most parties probably won't care much that I don't have it - very few people get chance to check gear before inviting someone.

Maybe after I've built up my enfeeble skill a little more than the less than 120 point that it currently is at.

Seems there's an awful lot of things piling up on people's plates.. are we likely to be doing the Sleepga II fight or the Aqueducts again this week? Also how are we doing with CoP preparations? Am I right in thinking it's just Hicory and Wedgemoon who still need to confirm the Pso'xja pass?

I think I am still a quest away from getting the Sleepga II quest - will be continuing that tonight after sorting the Crystal Ball last night - not sure how long it will take mind. Tsing mentioned Friday / Saturday for Aqueducts return which should be fine with me. Think CoP is on hold until Wedge (who is busy in RL) and Hic (who is in a rut?) have got their pass.

Another couple of quests that I will now focus on. Firstly is the other 2 items for Tuning In (to go with my Spruce Lumber) but I think it's also time I thought about building a Mannequin.

Last night went much better except for the nasty agro on the way to the camp and the f**king Gilsellers that not only claimed many of the mobs but also stood by to watch us die after our /help request - f**kers. Still we contained the situation and then got Rare's drop so much happiness was had!

After chatting to a few folks last night it looks like Friday evening will be the next Phomiuna Aqueducts trip. We will be going for Subligar, GB6 items, the Map plus anything else people want to do. Gather together Tavnazian Safehold at 8.30pm ish. We need 6+ people for this as many of the Fomor come in pairs (or worse!). Can someone that will be on earlier than me put a LS Message up with the details please.
