Wings of the Goddess Missions! (23/06/2009)
Compelling new Wings of the Goddess missions will form the heart of the upcoming July version update.
Read on for just a sample of what to expect!
A Traitor in Our Midst!
In their latest meeting with Cait Sith Naoi, Lilisette and her adventurer companion learn of the existence of a traitor within the ranks of the Cait Siths. An investigation to uncloak the double-crosser at the Beaucedine Glacier will trigger a chain of events from which return is not an option...
The World Will Choose...
No sooner had the mysterious winged woman appeared than a series of misfortunes befell Lilisette and her friends. What is the true identity she keeps hidden behind her confident smile and cool demeanor? And for what twisted purpose has she traversed the corridors of time?
Lilisette, Sir Ragelise, and Portia...
Cait Sith and the mysterious winged woman...
Where their paths and ambitions intersect, the true course of history will be revealed.
Shocking revelations await those who dare seek the truth in the coming Wings of the Goddess missions!
Wings of the Goddess mission line is the only expansion remaining incomplete with me now. I tried to clear my current Bastok [S] mission but definitely not soloable. Need Sleep support.
I advise people to work through the WotG missions if you haven't though. Worth it if just for the awesomeness that is Lilisette.

Moblin Maze Mongers Delve Deeper Into Your Heart!
(26/06/2009)
The upcoming version update will see exciting developments in Campaign, including the opening of new areas, the introduction of the "Union" system, and a host of other additions and refinements.
My Gobbie and I
With the new Maze Voucher, players will be able to participate in a new challenge in which they and a Goblin companion must maneuver their way through a maze teeming with fiendish foes. In order for your operation to be deemed a success, your comrade must survive the journey intact.
The Power of Gob
Have no fear, for this Goblin is no defenseless dunce! By defeating enemies that lurk in the maze, your companion will gain strength and grow into a formidable ally. Defend him from harm, but take care not to be overprotective?slay too many foes yourself, and you will find your Gobbie's growth as an adventurer stunted.
Gob of All Trades
Your Goblin companion will begin the quest with the "All-Rounder" job?well-balanced in a variety of skills, but master of none. By reaching Level 5 and fulfilling certain conditions, he will be eligible to switch to a more specialized position.
The career choices available to your Gobbie include the close-combat specialist "Walloper," the ranged attack marksman "Barrager," and the magic-wielding "Spellslinger." Each specialized job also comes with unique abilities, which your Goblin will unleash when the requisite conditions are met.
If you and your Goblin apprentice succeed in your mission, you can expect a whole slew of lavish rewards, including MMM's inaugural augmented items, special maze runes to customize your Gobbie's abilities, and much, much more!

So how does WotG actually work? I'd really like to get stuck into this, it's been long enough since I bothered with any past stuff. Does each quest have 3 parts to it or something, or can you just choose to do one nation's part of the quest? I'm guessing you miss out on storyline if it's the latter?

There?s the main mission line (involving Cait Sith and the aforementioned Lilisette) as well as a story for each of three nations. The nation storylines are classed as quests although they run in a series but each nation can be run independently of each other.
Where it gets (more?) complicated is that at certain points in the mission line you cannot progress any further until you have made appropriate progress on at least one of the nation quest lines (and likewise, you cannot progress past certain points in a nation?s quest line until you have reached a specific point in the missions).
Basically to progress you are going to need to work on at least one nation?s set of quests and the missions at the same time (but there?s nothing stopping you having 2 or all 3 nation quests ongoing which is what I?m doing).
This might explain it a little better:

we should really try and gather 6 of us together cos we just know the later mission will require a full team compared to getting around with solo or 3 maning the BCNM and mission NM's.
I assume me, rare, tsing, dara, keru and.... tali?
pretty much the job should be to get this cut scenes down and request help if you can't solo well onthe early mission mobs, it should take more than week to get up to the 1st set of BCNM's.
I'm currently from that link rare gave above at QUEST7 with only San'd mission left to complete. Maybe do something like Monday and Wednesday evening mission BCNM night till we clear it all up to patch.
