Final Fantasy XI Then...

Started my chocobo raising yesterday after the update, cared for me egg a few times but no sign of it cracking open yet

Tali came online so we started a party and headed out to Caedarva Mire and we managed to get the place to ourself as Beseiged was on

Tali hit 70 and im only 9k tnl (71)! Maxed my scythe ready for Maat. So guess its testi hunting today for me, as no real point in me exping any more.

Tsing you free tonite? Anyone else fancy skill up, Skill Chains to help me out in Castle Baileys?

I'd definitely be up for help out when I log on tonight Dj. I'm working on Savage Blade right now and I have 120 points so far. Maybe we could try Vorpal Scythe -> Vorpal Blade = Distortion.

If things are still in flighht when I'm done in Dynamis I will come and join as well, I'm on exactly the same number as Bevan. No idea how many points have though, most of my uses have been in Beseiged and I don't know if it does give points or now.

I'll probably join you late on PLD/NIN the joyeuse makes TP gain much faster. What I'm after from castle Zahvl is a Demon Pen from the demon commanders there, I'd killed myself several times chasin that. Think we could camp by the coffer mobs, the key is worth soem as well as mages ballad 2 is in the coffer ^^

Lol Tsing I'm starting to get jealous of that Joyeuse! Once I get some other tasks out of the way, I might go to Sea Serpent Grotto and try to get a ToD.

Dude if you need a blink band borrow mine, I got it from Rush ages back, you'll use 2 charges and wonder what on earth you bought it for. I take it every BC and theres always a SMN to give ariel armour I just never use it.

Regen drinks and yags are good mind!

Oh and Bevan once you have that Tod I'll come help

I think magic skill up is different from other forms of skill up, use seems to be the key not the level of mob you're attacking. I could be wrong as I've not tried to skill elemental or enfeeblingon anything other than xp mobs but I think it's the casting that counts not the targets level.

I'd be game for some skill up later, think I'll skill staff but might initially use it to skill my shield back to cap as its 7 under right now. Shield seems a bit on the odd side some times, its locked up the last 2 levels for hardly any skill then I got 2.5 levels last party.

Last thing, Divine Might I'm interested in if we could mamage to do this in house, if I think about it in Rargh there are the following I think at the right level

You're wrong ^_^

Enhancing and Healing Magic works this way (as you cast on PC's) but offensive magic such as Enfeebling, Elemental and Dark are skilled up in the same way as Weapons ~ on a suitable level mob...

well doing dynamis windy till 4am netted what i wanted, 4/5 pieces of relic armor as the sam relic legs dropped for me in a strange event where 1 of each(well at least 9 jobs)got af that dropped there(usually is a multiple pieces for 4-5 jobs) more could have dropped after the boss died but i didn't hang around as i was falling asleep.
