Thundercats on the NES???

Did this game ever come out for the NES? I believe i can remember seeing it when i was young, but as to this day i have never seen it anywhere, not even a rom for it, does anybody know if it was ever released??

As far as I'm aware it only ever came out on Spectrum, Amstrad, Commodore 64, Atari ST and Amiga...

However it was advertised for the Nintendo NES as it shows here. Notice no Amiga version advertised... so maybe someone got confused...

I'm pretty sure it did come out for the NES.
But maybe it wasn't released by Elite?

i seem to remember seeing it in gamestation, months ago, but could be my memory playing tricks on me!

I don't think it ever came-out. I just checked a roms list run by a villainous pirate, and it's not there.

I also checked google images, and there is nothing to be found.

I would say that it was my memory, but my brother remembers seeing it too, just seems strange that there is no rom of it
