Its not the gypos, its the so called alternative ****ers outside quiggins and in the egg(oh look at me just like marilyn manson). Felt like being sick on them , so they could be part of the puke family. I didnt want to copy gameboy games, ****. My wildcard was 256meg what was yours.

Why did they make the US machine look like it did, rather than like the PAL or JPN model?

I've no idea if this is true... but apparently it was to stop daft americans balancing drinks on top of the machine, like they supposedly did with the NES... leading to numerous accidents They changed the shape of the console to remove its flat surface, removing any cup resting abilities :P

Apparently people in Japan and Europe weren't inclined to do this

256meg? what the **** for? just in case someone decided to release a game 8 times larger than the largest snes game? What was the likelyhood of that happening? better safe than sorry though eh? HA.

Why did they make the US machine look like it did, rather than like the PAL or JPN model? Also why aren't the buttons of the pad coloured red, blue, yellow and green?

It was to make it look more like the NES, peeps at NINTENDO USA thought it would sell better than the rounded streamline SFC look

so, does everyone admit that I'm the ruler of the snes? I'm the first to admit that i got hardly any questions right but thats only because you weren't asking the right questions. I mean, ask me to the name all the playable characters from seiken densetsu 3 or ask me the name of the end boss from bahamut lagoon. I'd clean up if you asked me that.

everyone knows the real reason behind the american snes. they made it square because the snes was released just 2 weeks after the end of the vietnam war and the americans still hate everything with slanty eyes so they decided to make the american snes as different as they possibly could than the super famicom. Absolutely every single part of the super nes is a direct contradiction to the sfc.

no, it was 16mbit. turbo was 24mbit and super was 32 mbit, 40mbit on the megadrive.
