    A SNES adapter will work.

Double check to be sure....make sure the voltage/current is the same.

Don't want to be responsible for a dead neo geo, but I definately used my neo geo PSU on a SNES for a while.

I don't know a huge amount about Neo psu but I'd advise caution.

I have several jp aes consoles and the psus can differ from one to another, I guess as they updated the machine itself. Best to check the serial number, and detail etc.

One time I did try the psu from one aes (serial around 100,000 I think) on another aes (serial 200, 000+ I think) and the aes wouldn't work, and the same vice versa. Like I say I don't know much about this and that's all I tried..but if some aes psus are not interchangeable between aes consoles..well just be careful..don't wanna bust your baby.

Look at what the input says.

Like Salter says, some are standard 9v, there are others that require the offical psu + step down (or an other correct voltage psu).

Like the other say just check the voltage on the bottom of the Aes you can get 9v and 5v versions

Early ones (the ones with decent RGB) are 5V and say Pro Pow or Pro Pow 2 on the bottom so use a stepdown. For Pro Pow 3 or Pro Pow E a 9 or 10V Sega PSU will suffice.
