This arrived today, it's a jigsaw that was apparently given away on the cover of Mean Machines magazine (Perhaps Duddyroar could enlighten me / us on this?)
I'm assuming the seller sent it completed because it appeared that way in the auction photo and all the bits were clingfilmed to a piece of cardboard. Naturally it didn't get to me all in one piece and it took me bloody ages to make it. As you can see, a lot of the pieces give you nothing more to go on that varying shades of orange.
The larger guy is obviously moddeled on Arnie but feck-knows what happened with that pouting come-hither look on the other guyThe image is also flipped, or else the cover of the Super Famicom box art is flipped, because they face opposite directions (I had to resort to looking at the box
but it's slightly different so didn't help much) Still, it'll make a nice curio for my rapidly swelling Contra collection.
