Wow nice haul. Last Resort is one of my fave shooters ever, easily in my top 10. I actually prefer it to R-Type and it has a great soundtrack too.
Magician Lord is fairly decent, was one of the very first AES carts iirc and bloody hard too.

Last Resort is one of the best shooters around. Magician Lord is a fave of mine. Both titles have great visuals and sound.
Tough games though.

Yeah thanks seems it was a good bargain, to think I was in two minds about getting them at the time.
Been reading up on Last Resort and it's tempting more and more to buy an AES, though I doubt I'll ever be this lucky again and the prices for the majority of the games are far higher than I could ever afford.

It is true, I'm trying not to go too pricey on ngh as I have most of what I want on MVS anyway, and a cab. just doing it for fun.
(I did buy 8man and play it for 30 seconds, but it'll be put in again)
addictive - I've spent £100 on 3 more just todayLast edited by kernow; 09-08-2007, 21:03.

yep, MVS>AES, but who cares when you have both really.
prices? who cares, its fun, as for the market failing, I'm not into it for investments really, I doubt these carts will be going anywhere in the next few years.Last edited by kernow; 10-08-2007, 12:17.

Hello everybody!
I've recently stepped up my retro collecting due to a bad accident at home (which I wrote about in the welcome thread: http://ntsc-uk.domino.org/showpost.p...&postcount=203 ) and have picked up this little lot in the last few days.
Black Dreamcast VMU.
Dreamcast RGB Scart Cable (which i've now realised is from forum member ChaoticJelly)
Lethal Enforcers for the Mega CD.
SF Disney's Magical Quest starring Micky Mouse.
MD Splatterhouse 2.
MD King of the Monsters.
GB R-Type.
(all the bottom row purchased for ?2 each from a carboot sale, awesomeness)
