@ Baseley09 - its a driving game from Nichibutsu, i havent tried it yet but it looks like a cross between ridge racer and Initial D, but its looks poor

@ Oh_Mutants - will do pal, i got it during PA's recent 25% off sale

@ Jpeg - it is mate, to be honest i think i got it on the cheap compared with other places, but if you want to try it its on the PSN in Japan, but yeah its still pretty dear - think PA had it listed at a few bucks off $300 and they sold it

consider yourself quoted. all australian nes's are indeed mattel releases. iirc they even distributed some snes stuff here... couldnt give you any proper information there though.

Anyway over the last couple of days I came across...

Lufia - SNES, Complete (almost, its missing the map) but only $52 AUD so cannot really complain much.

Secret of Mana, SNES, Complete (including map) slightly more expensive than Lufa at $71 AUD, but still a pretty good buy.

Got that lot for $85 AUD.
I only bought it for Super Mario Bros 3 GBA game, as it is quite difficult to find a non-bootleg copy. However when the seller sent it, he sent it unprotected in a plain post satchel, so the GBA unit was all battered, and the GBA games were a little beaten around the corners

        Discworld - PS1, Complete $26 AUD
Twisted Metal World Tour - PS1, Complete $6 AUD
Final Fantasy IV Advance - GBA, Complete $13 AUD
Command & Conquer - PS1, Complete (non plat) $6 AUD

In fact Lufia's PAL release is the real Lufia II.

The original Lufia didn't get PAL release.

Yep, I've seen several ebay auctions ending over 300USD.
Like you, I bought it bundled with another ton of japanese imports: it seems to mee too the only way to get it cheaper.

Nice lot of goodies, anyway: I'm quite a bit off the retro frenzieness, at the moment, but seeing pictures like yours is a stab, mate... ^^

i bought it on its own from a French seller

he wanted ?150 for it plus postage, which would seem the going rate

but i got a ?25 voucher from paypal to use on ebay items over ?100, so i asked him to mark it as ?105 including postage and i would take it, quite surprisingly he did

so i paid ?80 for it shipped via priority from France, which would seem a bargain, but at around $5 on PSN maybe not

I keep forgetting to post in here, but here's my most recent purchase which I hope I've repaired and will upgrade a bit once I get a game. Can't believe I finally got one of these, can remember being shocked when I saw it in a magazine when it first came out

The Music CD version is the hardest one to find. Ive been thru numerous copies of the game but not once have I found the Music CD.

Agreed! One of those PS1 gems lost under all those generic 'Oh wow look, this is in 3D, never mind about gameplay' games!

Ooooooh Im looking forward to posting on here soon.
Something big is on its way, one of my grails!
