Yes but it came in by EMS from Japan and in the UK was handled by Parcelforce.
If it had gone to customs it would have been recorded as an event on the tracking. I'm, 100% certain that there is no fee coming my way. Parcelforce don't work that way, they won't release a parcel unless the charges owed are cleared first.

Just had the dreaded customs notice myself today, £31 on an £100 (+£20 shipping) package. Their rates are all over the place it would seem. To be fair, it's the first one i've had in absolutely years, so can't complain
Been a good day for me today, I'll pop some pics up when i find me blimming usb cable and yes there ninty games
